Caroline Bernhardt-Lanie

Are you ready to transform your practice and enhance your therapeutic skills? I am a passionate licensed professional counselor with a dedication to helping couples, individuals, and families resolve conflicts and create joyful connections. I have guided countless clients through deep healing and growth using the transformative Imago model. At the Imago Center DC, where I oversee education and supervision, and as a faculty member of the Imago International Training Institute, I find great joy in supporting clinicians and interns. Imago’s unique 96-hour training program, along with ongoing supervision and continuing education, provides a comprehensive roadmap to becoming a brilliant and confident Imago therapist! I love helping therapists discover their authentic voices and unique clinical gifts and build supportive community with fellow trainees from around the world. As a multicultural global citizen fluent in English, Spanish, and French, living in Spain and in the US, I embrace diversity and support clients and trainees from all backgrounds with an integrative, trauma-informed approach. My methods blend Imago theory with positive psychology, somatic techniques, and mindfulness-based modalities, ensuring a holistic healing experience. With a Masters in Counseling from Loyola, a Masters in Education from Harvard, and a PhD from Daybreak University, my academic background complements my hands-on clinical experience. Join me in a journey of professional growth and personal enrichment in your own relationships. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.
