Kevin’s journey with Imago Relationship Theory began when his wife, Colleen, introduced him to its transformative principles. Experiencing firsthand the power of safe dialogue and deep understanding, he became committed to integrating Imago into both his personal and professional life. He quickly realized that Imago’s principles could create a foundation of trust—not just in personal relationships, but in business environments as well.

In 2016, Kevin completed the Imago Facilitator Certification course, gaining specialized skills to help professionals apply Imago’s 36 years of relationship research in organizational settings. His goal is to enhance workplace engagement, communication, and effectiveness by emphasizing the need for safety in relationships. Recognizing that workplace relationships—second only to romantic ones—are where people spend most of their time and seek understanding, Kevin brings a relational approach to professional development.

With over 46 years as a business entrepreneur, Kevin blends his expertise with Imago and Birkman Method training to offer facilitation services for companies, groups, and individuals. His work fosters deeper connections, improves communication, and strengthens both professional and personal relationships.
