January 2, Friday Night 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm (.5-1 hour of written work assigned for morning session)

• Learn the building blocks of communication that promotes connection and understanding
• Get an overview of the weekend program
• Begin to work on an exercise to understand the patterns that are causing you both pain

January 3 & 4, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 6:00 pm (2 hours for lunch with .5-1 hr written work both days)

• Use the communication tools to unpack the patterns together in a new way that feels safer
• Dive under the conflicts to understand what is really needed!
• Create a map and small doable steps to support the relationship’s full potential
• Build a plan to add loving, caring and romantic behaviors into your daily lives
